Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent blacklist.}

QUEUE & DELIVERY

Start time may take 4–7 days depending on queue.
Rush orders cost an additional 5–10€ depending on complexity.
Delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee.
All proof of work (WIP/previews) will always be provided with my watermark.
Final delivery is provided as a .pmp file if not agreed otherwise.
No backups will be stored. You are responsible for saving your files after delivery.}

REVISIONS

Major changes or additions may require extra payment.
Fixes for errors/clipping are available within 7 days. Support beyond this period is not guaranteed.
